Please I have urgent inquire that I have Catalyst C9300X-12Y , connected to Korenix Jnet 6528Gf through fiber link ptach cord it's new implemntation , unfortunalty the link not goes up ,the port bring up at the Korenix switch but sill down from the other side Meraki Switch ... the used SFP at meraki switch P/N MA-SFP-1GB- LX10 & Korenix Jnet SFP korenix SFPGLX10, the current running Firmware at the Meraki CS 17.1.3, the switches C9300X-12Y managed through meraki cloud dashboard , all the trouble shooting steps applied at the port setting (speed , duplex , negotiation) with no luck , any one have idea about such issue
If you are still running in the CS firmware mode you won't be able to do any CLI verifications and will need the help of support to get actual data wether the module is correctly detected in the 9300 and the link is not being err-disabled due to some other reason.
The best thing you can start with is make sure the link has base configuration, no UDLD enforce applied (since you are connecting to a non cisco device) and is not part of a port-channel/aggregate to start with just to exclude as many as possible reasons for connection failing.
If you have DOM monitoring please check if you are receiving a signal. I believe the CS version has DOM montoring available and perhaps the korenix device also has something similar.
yes i send ticket to Meraki Support , but till now no reply , the current firmware stable release candidate CS 17.1.3 , is there recommended Firmware to bring the link up ?

thanks for your update , yes the is single link between the Meraki Switch & korenix switch , how can i get full cli configuration is there any recommended software version for that , unfortunily i am not familiar with meraki as normal cisco switches
@Mabouzid if you are on the IOS-XE builds then you have a CLI within the dashboard now, it can't do everything, but is good for debugging. What code version are you on now?

@Mabouzid that is quite old now and although your specific issue isn't mentioned in the release notes I would upgrade at least to the current stable release of 17.2.1.1.

is that upgrade through the switches Cloud dashboard by connecting the switches with internet access & discoving them with the cloud dashboard , also are i have to run Cloud-Native IOS XE , or CS Version is enough , note i have 2x stack switches
That version is a CS upgrade from the Meraki dashboard. I'd try that first. If it doesn't work then you could try the IOS-XE version, but that isn't fully stable yet.
