a switch is not claim to dashboard inventory ,how do it works

i want use a switch ,  which is not claim to inventory ,and not add in a network ,how does it works

Hi @exands , you won’t be able to use any switch/device until its claimed in your Organisation and then added to a Network.

For a time the MS will act as a flat L2 switch, but in time it will stop forwarding packets. To do anything with it you need to add it to the dashboard and license it. Same goes for making it forward packet again.
