Would a QSFP+ fiber transceiver work as stacking cable between MS425 switches?

Hi there,

 

I was just wondering, if 40G QSFP+ SR fiber transceivers, say at about 50m, would work as a stacking cable between two MS425 in the rear stacking ports.

Im pretty sure, it'll not be a supported config, but has anyone tried this?

Flexible stacking is available on MS420 and MS425 switches, which do not have dedicated stacking ports. Any SFP+ interface on these switches can be configured as a stack port. "

That makes sense! Thank you! I was asking, because I want to connect some hosts with a MLAG, which works only on stacked switches. So MLAG should work in this scenario when I connect the two MS425 with the two 40G-Ports
