What the real power using on MS210 switch ?

Hi All,

I have a question about the power consumption of MS210. According to the datasheet (attached image), MS210 has 2 power items: Power Consumption and Power Load (idle/max). Which item is the actual power consumption, I think it is Power Load (idle/max)?

I  believe power consumption is the actual power being used and power load is the feature where you can reduce the power consumption by turning off unused ports at scheduled times. For example, I turn off ports connected to access points in buildings closed on the weekends.
