It can be a L2 switch, but the management port needs connecting and it recognises VLAN tags.  For pure splitting I prefer an unmanaged Cisco switch.

@Pat_Nyiti are the ISPs providing those 4x VLANs?  We use dumb L2 switches to split the internet connections and use one per ISP to ensure no single point of failure.

No only 2 VLAN's(For Primary&Secondary links) .My plan is to configure Secondary /30 P2P IP at PE side .Split using MS120 to split the Internet. Can MS 120 act as dumb L2 Switch?
