Unable to get local issuer certificate - Cloud Monitoring for Catalyst tool

Hello Buddies,

I try to onboard some our Cisco switch C9300 to Meraki dashboard for monitoring project.

I have downloaded and installed "Cloud Monitoring for Catalyst" tool, but I got the error "Unable to get local issuer certificate" when I try to open the application on my windows 10 pc.

I tried to install it on others PC but no luck.

Is there anyone has experience on this?

This looks to be an issue with the PC/connection you are using. Try the below steps:

(1) Try a wifi hotspot or a different network.

(2) Try a completely different PC

FYI, a customer faced the same issue and the problem was his ZScaler endpoint agent blocking the traffic.

You need to bypass the following URL's for SSL Decryption if using Zscaler:

• mars-onboarding-app-production.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com
• meraki-cloud-monitoring-onboarding-app.s3.amazonaws.com
