Switch upgrades incremental or jump to the latest as well stacks

I plan to upgrade my MS devices. (320s and 410s)

I run  basic VLANS and AGGR in the BEST Practice Core stack Aggregation design

Can I jump from a  12 straight to a 14?

Is there a concern regarding updating stacks?

For a stack of MS-355Xs I jumped between 12.x and 14.x multiple times while troubleshooting without issue so you should be good to go straight to 14.
