Switch Page Not Loading in Dashboard

Unsure whether this is just an issue on my shard or across the board but I'm finding that when I click on a switch, I just get a blank page. It seems to be only in networks that are bound to a template.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Shard n1096 for reference.

Hi @Brash,

We're aware of an issue regarding switch summary page on networks bound to templates failing to load. This is being investigated by Engineering. I'll post another comment when it's been resolved.

In the meantime, you can workaround this issue by browsing to on templated network in the same organisation, navigate to the switching > switches > switch page and click on 'show new version', then navigate back to the templated switch(es) you were originally trying to access.

Seems like a wider issue. We see the same thing, switches give blank page. APs still display correctly

hi @ConnorL,

The “show new version” button is not visible.

CTRL-F5 often brings it right in the browser.  Sometimes I have to use the option to switch back to the old version of the page.

Left field question - are you accessing this via an MS120, MS125 or MS130 switch running 17.2.x firmware?

Force refreshing browser wasn't working and the option the change back to the old page wasn't loading 🙁
Thankfully the app was still working.

The switches I was looking at were MS125's running 17.2.x firmware.
But other non-template networks with the same switches and firmware weren't seeing an issue.

Are you, yourself, accessing the Meraki Dashboard, connecting via an MS120, MS125 or MS130 running 17.2.x?

Oh, understood.

No, I was not.

Same issue but also on the AP page

Noting CTRL+F5 resolved it.

I kept hitting F5 and it didn't work until I did a Ctrl+F5.  Thanks!

This is resolved for me this morning.
A little disappointed that there was nothing on the status page while the issue was occurring.
