Replacing Switch in Stack

One of my switches in a 4 switch stack had a hardware failure (only 3 months in 😕 ), but looking for conifg repercussions of splitting a switch stack to remove the old one and add the new one.

Also after claiming the new switch I get a license problem saying I've exceeded the number of devices and need to convert to a dashboard license.... I assume this will go away once I split and remove the old switch from the network.
But you know what you get for assuming sometimes..

the process to replace a stack switch member is here https://documentation.meraki.com/MS/Stacking/Switch_Stacks#Replacing_and_Cloning_Stack_Members

and yes, the license warning will go away when you complete the process above as you won't be using more switches than you're licensed for.
