Problems configuring the ports of my switch

Hello,

I'm trying to change the name or ip of the ports of a switch, but I get the following error

I have even added another switch to the network and the same thing happens, but if I add this switch to another network it does not happen.

Do you know what can happen?

Although I am not 100% certain, it appears that you are attempting to change VLAN Profile name (iname) which is giving the error as already existing or trying to add it again.

Can you share the screenshot of what exactly you are trying to change?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

It seems to be that I had two VLAN Profile configured by default and that is what was causing the problem 🙂

Thank you very much

Meraki switch ports don't have an IP address, so I'm not sure what change you are attempting.

If you are trying to change multiple things at once, try making one change at a time until you find out which change is casuing the issue.
