Port Configuration History
Is there a way to see what a ports previous configuration was prior to a change on a MS120-24?

You can use the change log to see by who, what, and when a change happened. You can filter by switch name and/or port number to narrow down results to a specific port.

And there is no way to revert a port to its previous configuration right?

There's not a rollback type function no. The only exception would be if you were using switch templates. In that case if a change is made it will show as a deviation from the switch template and you can revert the override. But again that's specifically when switch templates are in use. Otherwise you'd need to just reconfigure the port back to it's previous state.
