Meraki Connect

Need help trying to configure new 9200, but can't get passed "service meraki connect is enabled". I log into Cisco Meraki account, where we monitor our APs, but i don't see the switching option to add the switch and disable service meraki connect. How do I accomplish that?

When you see the message service meraki connect is enabled on your new C9200 switch, that means it's running in Cloud Configuration Mode fully managed by Meraki.

If you do not wish to manage through the Meraki dashboard, you need to open a support case.

Thank you, and since it is fully managed by Meraki, where in the dashboard do I find it?
