MSwitch Firmware Upgrade done but 1 switch showing firmware status as Not running configured version

Just done a firmware upgrade to 2 MS 350 switches - both configured as a stack and on the dashbord the firmware upgrade status is complete, but one of the switches is showing as Not running configured version

The front led on the switch is white which means is online and operational.

How do I confirm the switch firmware upgrade was successfull

Hey @AxL1971

The fact that it says not running configured version means that it failed to upgrade. You can expect the MS to try and upgrade at a later time. When switches upgrade they set a random backoff timer on them to reduce the chance of upgrading at the same time otherwise one might fail upgrading while the other one goes offline to upgrade as well. Its possible that they had similar backoff timers, or something else caused the switch to fail to upgrade.

From my experience, 99% of these are resolved by rebooting the switch in the dashboard.  Because this is a stack - I would reboot all stack members.

After multiple attempts by Meraki support to flash the firmware, they have replaced the switch.
