MS410 - Client Ping problem

Hi guys, I have some problems with the ping test.

 

I have MS410 that connected to L2 switch, and NVR#1,2,3,4  connected to L2 switch.

 

On my dashboard,

 

1. Network-wide - Monitor - Clients - NVR#  - Ping

2. MS410 - Tools - Ping(NVR# 's IP)

3. MS410 - Port - Status - Current clients - NVR#  - Ping

 

 

NVR#1: 1,2 is fine, but doesn't work on 3.

NVR#2,3,4 : 1,2,3 is fine.

 

Why doesn't only one NVR work on 3?

Does the NVR have ping enabled?  Same firmware version as the other NVRs?  What happens if you ping via IP address instead?

Yes NVRs are same firmware version. It's works if I ping via IP address.

That sounds like a DNS issue.  If you do an nslookup from a PC with the same DNS servers set, does it give you the expected IP address?
