Issue with Syslog Server: Missing AP and Switch Logs

Hi all,

I have a HUB-SPOKE infrastructure at the SD-WAN level.

My syslog server is behind my HUB. I have configured the SPOKE side to reach the syslog server, following these steps: Network-wide → General → Syslog → Add syslog server, etc.

However, I’ve been informed that the syslog server is receiving logs from the MX devices but not from the APs and switches on the HUB side.

Do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue?

Resolved: the management network (switch-AP) wasnt router in the SD-WAN.
