Hey guys,

I have a problem with my SAMSUNG IPTV, it keeps disconnecting from lan when going to sleep mode i tried disabling RSTP and PoE but keeps giving me same problem ( 004 error can't reach URL ) i have disconnect and reconnect Ethernet cable to work again. No policies applied on iptv vlan

Have you tried disabling the sleep mode?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Samsung TVs disable the Ethernet port in sleep mode. If you want to be able to wake it up remotely from sleep mode, then you need to use a WiFi connection.
