I was more looking for a simulator to use the CLI for Cisco IOS. For CCENT practice. Is that possible?

Cisco Meraki products are cloud managed. There is no CLI and they do not run IOS.

If you are interested in IOS you should check out the Cisco Support Forums instead.

As for an IOS simulartor, I recommend Cisco VIRL.
