High transmission errors on our isp link

Hi Fellow meraki users , 

CISCO-FINISAR - 1000BASE-SX: 1.3 Gbps 

is  sfp  module where  isp  is  connected  and  we  are seeing  transmission errors.

while i  run  cable  tests  ,  i  am  not seeing any information of  cable test  output  here , can some one let me know is something wrong with the cable here.

I don't think cable test works on SFP.

I'm looking at your screenshot from the Meraki dashboard I'm not seeing any transmission errors.  It is hard to say if the Solar Windows graph is correct based on this.

Do other tests like ping and speedtest give you good results?

@PhilipDAth you are definitely right on the cable test not working, there aren't any pairs to test in a fibre, at most there are two single fibres!
