I have an issue with the upgrade of one of our POE Switch Stack MS390.
It stays in like that for more than 1 hour.
What should I do?

Oh is this an issue? I got a ticket but the Engineer handling my case is not yet online.
Did you check in the logs?
It takes time to download the new image. Nothing happens during that time. If the bandwidth is low, its frustrating experience. Wish it will show more steps in the dashboard.
Oh, good news. It went okay after 2 to 3 hours.
