DOM Not showing on MS350, MS355s, but shows ok on the MS425?

I'm missing something? Since a few weeks ago cannot seem to view DOM data on the all switches besides the MS425s.

Hi Camiloken,

1. When did the issue start happening? Was there any network changes, upgrades etc.?
2. Have you tested on the New Dashboard version?
3. Do your switches running MS17 or higher version?
4. What SFP model transceivers are you using? Are all of them Cisco Meraki SFPs?
5. Have you tested by using API - DOM readings and thresholds can be accessed via the API by using the endpoint /organizations/organizationID/switch/ports/transceivers/readings/history/bySwitch?

Requirements and Limitations:

 

• DOM is supported on MS120, MS125, MS130, MS210, MS225, MS250, MS350, MS355, MS410, and MS425. Switches must be running firmware MS 17 or higher.
• Cisco Meraki uses Small Form Factor (SFF) Specifications open standards, however, only the accuracy of Cisco Meraki SFPs are guaranteed. See more about our accessory policy here.
• DOM is currently not supported on QSFP transceivers.
• Minimum required license - Enterprise

Have you tried swapping out SFP or SFP+ modules to verify it's NOT the current modules you are using?
