Clients details on the switch not accurate

After updating our switches to MS 16.8/ CS 16.8. When we search for the client details, it does not show any accurate information. Is this a bug?

I would suggest you open a support case.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

I open a case and they instruct me to go to Switching>switching setting then check Exclude uplink interfaces (default)

It that was the only change - there is a good chance it is a bug.

You could also try resetting the client tracking data.  Change the client tracking option, click save, and then change it straight back.

Thanks i will check on this.

What switches do you have and what is not correct?
