Cisco 9300 U can not access global configuration

We have a new CISCO switch and we are planning to add it on our Meraki Dashboard. The problem is I can't get to global configuration mode.

Attached pictures ate the messages.

Based on the screenshot the boot mode is Meraki already from the factory. If so you should have been given a Meraki serial (Cloud ID) in an order email that you can just add to the dashboard. 

Conversion is only for if you buy them in IOS mode.

The Meraki serial number should also be on the sticker on the top of the switch.  It is referred to as Cloud ID.

Just add your order ID to your dashboard if you have co-term licensing and then you will have added both the switches and the license.

If you have already claimed other switches or licenses from the same order then you have to enter them manually by serial number.
