Catalyst Spanning Tree Configuration

Have you guys noticed that in networks with Catalyst switches, you can now configure the spanning tree mode?

Not yet, but I don't have any customers running 17.18 yet.
I assume the option will only be visible if you have catalysts running 17.18?

I'm following the partner VT now and yes it is a 17.18 release function.
I personally won't need it any time soon because all my deployments use MST just to avoid intervendor issues.

I'm sure I have it on a network with device configured Catalyst switches, but I can't confirm it as the dashboard won't load most of the pages from that shard at the moment... 🤬

Got on today and the only network showing this is indeed the one with a 17.18 Catalyst switch in it.  I'm guessing I was just dreaming the other one!

Catalyst´s can do this since dacades. With CLI 😉
