Catalyst 9300 not sending telemetry data to Meraki Dashboard

HI all,

I have three switch-stacks of 9300 devices all of which I've got showing up in our Meraki dashboard for monitoring. One of the stacks is sending all the telemetry data correctly, however two of the stacks are not. Running:

show crypto tls-tunnel sessions

on all three stacks shows there are established tunnels and in the logs of each I am seeing that the meraki-user is able to login successfully.

If I then run:

show telemetry ietf subscription all

I'm seeing that we have telemetry subscriptions on one of the switches that is working, but the other two do not have any data here. Configs on the working device have a handful of the telemetry options configured; the other two do not.

It's weird one of the switches would be working fine with the same onboarding process and two would not. Any suggestions?

Kind of a big deal

My only suggestion would be offboard and re-onboard. Support may be able to check something. It's certainly possible your config has a previously unknown conflict with the Meraki config. However, resetting the monitoring seems to be the most common fix for all issues.

I would also try re-onboarding them.

You could also check your IOS-XE version for updates.
