Can MS be transparent to SPANed traffic ?

Hi team,
I'm looking at ways to migrate network that use RSPAN for mirroring voice data to recording server.
I know that MS doesn't support RSPAN from some documentation and topics.
On the other hand, what if I put a switch for SPAN/RSPAN ?
That is, for the following topology:

server ---- Catalyst(RSPAN-dest) ---- MS ---- Catalyst(RSPAN-src) ---- phone

Does the SPANed data pass through the MS in this situation ?
Or should I build a dedicated network that doesn't use Meraki to transfer SPANed data ?

As long as the MS carries the RSPAN VLAN it should work AFAIK

MS supports local SPAN.
For example, if I forcefully connect a SPAN port to access port of another MS, will the SPANed data be transparent ?

server ---- MS(L2 transfer) ---- MS(SPAN-src) ---- phone

I think this is an improper use of MS, but I would like to know if it is technically possible.

Yes, SPAN source and destination ports are in same physical switch.
My explanation may not have been enough ...
MS on right side is mirroring original packets to left using SPAN.
MS on left side connects the server and MS on right side with the same VLAN.

server ---- MS(L2 transfer) ---- MS(SPAN-src/dest) ---- phone

In this situation, can SPANed data reach to server ?
Or is it discarded by MS on left side ?
