C9300L switch not coming online on dashboard after reboot

C9300L switch not coming online on dashboard after reboot

Hi, I am facing issue with C9300L switch. Initially Switch was working fine and provisioned on meraki cloud. After reboot the switch is not coming online on meraki Dashboard. Internet is working fine on up-link port. 

 

System LED: Solid Amber

Blue Beacon LED: Solid Blue  

 

I tried to reset switch but after that its stuck in same state.

If you plug a console cable in and reboot it, do you see anything useful?

No useful logs after reboot.

If you haven't already, I'd log a ticket.  The line below suggests that the switch has crashed at least at some point:

I am working on this with meraki tech team. I had 4 sessions with them approx 15 hours. i will update here if i got any resolution.
