Alternative to VXLAN, OTV, or L2TPv3

I'm searching for a Meraki alternative to VXLAN, OTV, or L2TPv3.  I have a client that wants to span a subnet across two sites connected via private layer-2 circuits.  This is for DR purposes.  The server VMs are replicated so the IP addresses must remain the same.  Client needs to refresh hardware so I'm looking for a Meraki alternative.  Only one subnet needs spanned, other subnets can remain routed.

I've read that a site-to-site VPN with NAT translation could be a solution.  However, I'd like to understand all options, using any Meraki products.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Kind of a big deal

There is no alternative with Meraki to extend L2 between sites like that. You'll need to go elsewhere for that functionality.

Regarding Layer 3, as you already mentioned there‘s AutoVPN built in. Reliable and easy to set up but not comparable to OTV etc.
