2 meraki MS120-24 switches are not connected using fiber optic interconnect

I have 2 meraki switches using fiber optic interconnect but they are not connected， but the red light can be seen through the laser pointer test.

2 * SFP+ Transceiver, 10G LC Single Mode Module 1310nm
