When will the MV series 3-year lifetime warranty start date?
Where did you get "lifetime" part? As far as I know MV cameras come with 3 year HW warranty.
It should start on the day you get them.
As @Simo-s_h said they start the date of purchase.

Purchase is the start of warranty, yes, but there is no lifetime warranty in whole Meraki lineup.
Some indoor MR AP's have limited lifetime warranty as long as the license is active.
