TF model installed on MV92 camera - but no events in webhook even after adding inference zones.

I enabled and performed all of the above steps, here is my observation:

1. When I enable sense api & upload custom cv - tensorflow model - Motion alerts tab gets disabled.

2. For some reason adding inferences zones - area and line - it still did not trigger any event.

3. As soon as I disable Custom CV - I can see Motion Alerts tab gets enabled - and I can also get motion alerts when object crosses inference zones.

My question here would be: Does this mean there is some issue with tf model that I have on that camera? or something might still be missing from configuration perspective. Thank you

Re: Point 1 & 3:

When Custom Computer Vision is enabled, the default Meraki analytics are disabled. This includes motion detection, people & vehicle detection, and audio analytics. [Source].

Regarding your second point, we'll likely need you to open a Support Case, as it'll be a case of checking the custom CV file has been ingested correctly. Worth making sure your MV is powered via PoE 802.3AT (not AF) as computer vision will not work on low power mode.

1. Can I check MV is powered via PoE 802.3AT (not AF) this via meraki dashboard or is that something my network team would have insights into?
