Storage Issues

We have just completed an installation (last week) of 8 cameras in one of our offices and 1 camera is retaining footage properly and the other 7 are only allowing the last 2 minutes to be reviewed. All retention settings are correct etc so i am a little lost, all connected to the same switch through the same firewall.

I suggest you open a support case.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Are the MVs running stable or better firmware?

 

What happens when you try to view older footage, like 5 minutes ago?  Do you get an error, a black screen, or something else?

 

Are you on the same LAN as the cameras, or outside of the network?

 

I've never seen that behaviour before.
