Not sure if it is related, but with the recent outage with dashboard (and issues still occuring), is anyone else seeing in their cameras that there is no green bar loading on the timeline for video playback?
I was under the impression the green bar is loaded from the metadata sent to Meraki, we have a whole bunch of cameras (mixed with retention and non-retention based storage) not showing any footage playback regions.
