Meraki Camera Audio not able to hear on a playback

I've the camera set to record the audio.  During the initial live function, I can hear the audio, but on playback, I am unable to listen to any of the audio.  Any ideas on a setting I may be missing?

If I am being honest, I have the same issue but the camera is a lab camera so I never bothered reaching out to support about it.

I don't know the answer, but to help troubleshoot, does it matter if you connect to the dashboard internally (within LAN) vs. externally (ie from home)?
