Hello 

I just installed couple of MV in our organization, now i want to give access to supervisor so they can monitor and take footage when needed, so what is best way to give supervisor access to just only Cameras. 

is that Under "Network-Wide" --> Administration --> and under "Camera and sensor only admins" ? or there is any other place to create their IDs.

You can set up role-based camera permissions by navigating to "Organization" > "Configure" > "Camera roles"

Depends if you use local Admins or SAML SSO. Both forms of Admin config are documented here https://documentation.meraki.com/MV/Advanced_Configuration/Restricting_Access_to_Cameras 

Org > Camera and sensor roles is specifically for SAML and not for standard local Admin accounts.
