Are the firewall rules for Cloud Connectivity for Canada the same as the ones from this documentations ? :

You can view this information from the dashboard by navigating to Help > Firewall info. This is at the top of the first article you linked too: "A complete list of destination IP addresses, ports, and their respective purposes can be found in dashboard under Help > Firewall info. "

These rules can vary shard by shard - so definitely use the tip above to get the firewall rules for the shard that you are on.
