Export Motion Based Retention

I want to export motion events that were within a one hour timespan. I have motion based retention ON, so the video without motion is gone. How do I export these events? Do I have to do one at a time?

Thank you

I'm not 100% clear on what you are asking.

Motion-based retention only affects video more than 3 days old.  Prior to that - 100% of the footage is kept.

For video more than 3 days old, you only have the motion that is left - so you can only export that.
