Export Issue need help

Hello everyone,

I've been having issues trying to export video footage for a couple days now. the error says:

"Network connection from the camera was interrupted during video export. Check the camera's uplink connection, then try again."

I dont see any issues with network on our end and was wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar. any help would be appreciated thank you.

It stays at zero and then turns red and says it failed. Then it tells me to check for a network issue but I dont see any issue on our side as the cameras feed is still live with no loss

Hi @QuanjaWanja

Our Engineering teams are currently scoping an issue which may be related to video exporting. If you're seeing that message (possibly alongside the export being marked as completed) I would suggest to open a support case so the team can log your issue against the report and give you timely updates on the progress of any fixes that are applied.

What is the duration of the footage you are trying to export? If you reduce it to say 10 seconds worth just to test does that succeed?
