Camera connection problem

webwxgetmsgimg.jpgI'm an engineer from China. I'm testing the screen of this MV93X. However, when I'm adding the serial number, it keeps showing that the device with the serial number xxx has not been found. Please find a solution

Are you entering the correct serial number?

Yes, I've entered it several times. It can't be wrong.

It doesn't hurt to double-check, if the problem persists I suggest you open a support case.

When I have had this happen before, if I wait 2 to 4 hours, it starts working.

Have you tried claiming the devices via the Meraki Dashboard?

Also, you will need to be a full admin to claim devices.  A read-only admin won't be able to do this.

Yes, I have tried it. When I declare the device, it shows a declaration failure. Does this mean that someone else has already  declared it?

When I connected to the network, the camera LED did show green running, but I couldn't declare the device, which prevented me from viewing the surveillance footage

Did you purchase from a legitimate Cisco partner? I've seen fake Meraki hardware being pushed before.

This is a product provided by our company's customer, so it shouldn't be fake
