API to export videos and retrieve/download the exported videos

Is there any API available to export videos and retrieve/download the exported videos from the dashboard as documented in the article?

Just curious to know, Is there any similar API (to export and retrieve/download videos) available in the updated or latest version of it.

You can return a link to a video segment and export a snahshot, but not whole video.
