My turn this time. We had contractors in testing a buildings emergency systems and their tests shut down the buildings AC systems ( It's designed that way so that the AC system doesn't help spread the fire) however the contractors didn't follow the procedures we have set out of re-starting the AC systems.
So thankfully I am my desk working away when my email and phone pings to let me know one of our server rooms is warmer than it should be.... Thankfully the room has a fresh air supply and it's the middle of winter so it took awhile to hit the first alert threshold.
