Sensor false alerts

We received the eight MT10s that we ordered after our recent data centre thermal event and started to deploy them.  The first has come up with this alert that seems odd as a USB cable has never been connected to it...

Has anyone else seen this and if so, how do you clear it?

Do you have this option ticked under your sensor profile settings?

Yes I do, but there are other existing MT10 sensors in the same network.  None have ever had a USB power supply connected, so the question is why do we have an alert...

I know I could untick the option, but that isn't a fix 😉

Are the new devices and exisiting devices using the same profile?

It seems that option is only visible on the default profile. I have it disabled so I'll enable it and see if I get errors.

I got this as soon as I enabled that setting.

They are both on the same profile, but overnight the alert has disappeared...

I only got the alert for one of my sensors when I enabled it not all of them which is odd.
