MT20 Camera Snapshot

I have an MT20 sensor assigned to an MV22X that has a door in its view. I was wondering if there is a way to get a screenshot or motion recap image from the MV22X attached to the alert notification I get from the sensor being triggered. This would me to see a quick visual of who opened the door instead of having to review the footage for the sensor event.

I have reviewed it. Having the alert snapshots on the event timeline is helpful, but is there any way to have these snapshots appear in the alert emails I receive?

The sensor alert email would only contain a link to the video clip. Not a snapshot. For that would would either need to rely on motion alert emails from the cameras which would have a snapshot. Or, a custom solution as mentioned by Darren.

Hi @Tyson2 , not sure about receiving via email but you could implement alerts into Webex.  This was written by @MerakiDave  a little while back
