non Meraki VPN without AuTO VPN?

Is there a way to turn off auto VPN when you configure a site to site VPN on a Meraki appliance with a non meraki peer?

The answer is not.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

If you dont want to use another device for this. Your best option is to make it a hub. And ask support to disable hub to hub communication
