mx400 ip issue

I have mx400 and have set it to track clients by ip address. Some clients not resolving to netbios names. whats problem?

Hello, what name do you see for the clients instead of NetBios name? Are the clients set with MDNS name? If yes, that can get prioritized over the NetBios name.
