You need to consult your Meraki sales representative.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

You may be a bit early. 19.2 is still in beta and hasn't had a single update yet. I'm not even sure I've seen anything under NDA in my partner events about 20.x

Regardless if you are a customer your AM is the primary route. Occasionally Cisco has done public betas for certain features that you can sign up for and those posts have been here in the community.

In order to get on the early testers list for Cisco Meraki MX 20.x firmware, you’ll need to opt in through the Meraki Dashboard or contact Meraki support directly.
