filter mac addresses on a port

Is there a way on a Z3 to only alow a MAC address on a port and block everything else? I need to setup a Z3 and only allow this one MAC address to use that port on that Z3 and turn everything else off.

You could block everything in the firewall. Deny any any. And then whitelist that client/mac 

The other option would be using 802.1x
