display problems on the dashboard client page

hi, i just replaced the pc and i realized that in the client page of the dashboard,
i don't see anymore if the devices are connected or not. Even if the devices are connected,
the LED does not turn green. Is it working correctly on another PC, do I need to do any particular updates?
