create Fixed Ip address assignments on MX bound to template

Hi All,

I want to create 150+ Fixed ip address assignments. on networks bound to templates. the link Import CSV is not available on this bound network.

What is  the fastest way to add these? 

It is a requirement of my network management team, they will not monitor unless a DHCP fixed ip address assignment has been created.
