Cisco Meraki Auto VPN site to site features can connect as site to multi-site.
Example as :- one head office and 10 branches. Can all the branches connect to head office using auto vpn features.
Yes. All offices need an MX and those MX's need to be added to the same organisation in dashboard.
You could setup the head office as hub and the others as spokes.
