Zoom Phones

I have a dedicated VLAN for Zoom phones and I have created firewall policy to allow some ports based on the "https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060548" but still we are getting not connected to Zoom phone server error. Ports allowed from the VLAN as source and ports (80,443,390,5091,8801-8810,3478,3479. Is there any document showing how to configure Zoom phones.

What exactly is needed for your phones must be searched at the company of your phones.  So in this case Zoom.

So first you must be sure the phone has a valid IP address in the correct VLAN.  Some deployments use untagged vlan, others use a tagged voice vlan which the phone must know to connect to, either statically or through CDP/LLDP or through DHCP options.

If you are sure the phone is correctly online with the correct IP then you still need to check if any traffic is being blocked.

If you have an MX running version 18.2xx or above you can go to the MX status page and in tools use the firewall log tool.  there you will see if the firewall is still blocking ports your phone is trying to reach.
